Pressure regulators

Pressure regulators are used to control the delivery pressure to an application. We offer regulators compatible with both medium (up to 100bar) and high (over 100bar) pressure. Spring loaded and Dome loaded regulators are used to control downstream pressure while Back pressure regulators are used to control the pressure upstream. Spring loaded regulators are used in applications where quick and easy adjustment of downstream pressure is important, whereas dome loaded regulators offer superior performance at the expense of ease of adjustment.

These can be mounted inline, or integrated into a manifold solution for single or multi stage regulation requirements. Our range includes:

Solenoid Valves

Solenoid valves can be used to pilot the operation of larger actuated valves. Maxseal solenoid valves are widely considered the most reliable valves in the market being SIL3 capable and holding worldwide hazardous area certifications. Our product offering includes LNG compatible solenoid valves, hydraulic solenoid valves, intrinsically safe valves as well as valve manifolds capable of handling pressures up to 320bar.

Control Valves

From control of primary cooling circuits in nuclear reactors, to instrumentation control and bottlehead assemblies, we offer a range of check valves, relief valves and bellow sealed valves that are proven to be highly reliable in service.  They are widely used in the nuclear, naval defence, CNG and aerospace industries.

Manifold systems

Manifolds offer a number of benefits inherent in their design, such as space savings and fewer possible leak paths. Designs are configured to meet customer requirements using our core range of regulator and valve products. They typically incorporate pressure regulators, solenoid valves, relief valves and stop valves in a single solution as required by the application.

Filters

We offer filters suitable for the protection of all the regulation options in our high pressure product range. They are suitable for use in high flow systems with a tolerance to high differential pressures. Fitment options include both inline and tee filters.

Fittings

We offer high pressure tube fittings that can be used to connect components and pipe work in a system. Designed with a 3 piece flat face sealing construction, they can be removed without disturbing the pipe work installation.
